Welcome to Peak Rankers LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website (www.peakranker.com) and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Peak Rankers LLC specializes in lead prospecting, qualification, and follow-up services for real estate professionals. Our services include but are not limited to:

Identifying and engaging potential home sellers. Qualifying their interest and motivation to sell. Scheduling listing appointments for real estate agents.

2. No Guarantees on Listings

While we strive to provide high-quality appointments with homeowners open to selling, we do not guarantee that leads will result in a signed listing agreement or sale. The success of appointments depends on the agent’s approach, market conditions, and the seller’s final decision.

3. Appointment Replacement Policy

We stand by the quality of our appointments. If a scheduled lead:

Does not show up for the appointment, or Does not list their home within 3 months,

We will provide a replacement appointment at no additional charge.

4. Refund Policy

Payments for appointments are non-refundable once an appointment has been delivered. Refunds may only be issued in cases where we fail to provide an appointment within the agreed timeframe.

5. Delivery Time

We strive to provide high-quality, pre-screened listing appointments within the following timeframes:

1 Appointment: Delivered within 2 weeks

3 Appointments: Delivered within 6 weeks

5 Appointments: Delivered within 12 weeks

Delivery timelines are estimated based on market conditions, lead availability, and qualification processes. While we make every effort to meet these timeframes, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause slight delays. If there are any delays, we will notify you and keep you updated on the progress of your appointments.

6. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Follow up with leads in a timely manner. Confirm appointments once received. Communicate professionally with potential sellers. Use our services only for real estate business purposes.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Resell, share, or distribute leads provided by Peak Rankers LLC. Use our services for any illegal, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes. Engage in abusive or unprofessional behavior with prospects or our team.

8. Independent Contractor Relationship

Peak Rankers LLC operates as an independent contractor and is not an employee, agent, or broker for any real estate agent, agency, or company. We do not participate in negotiations, contracts, or transactions between agents and homeowners.

9. Hold Harmless Agreement

By using our services, you agree to hold harmless and indemnify Peak Rankers LLC, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the outcome of any appointment or lead provided. Missed or unsuccessful transactions. Any disputes between you and the homeowners. Any loss of revenue, commissions, or business opportunities.

10. Limitation of Liability

Peak Rankers LLC is not liable for any losses, missed deals, or unsuccessful transactions resulting from our services. We are a lead prospecting, qualification, and follow-up service, not a brokerage or real estate advisory firm.

11. Modifications to Services & Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
